Hello, my name is Savannah, I am the owner of No 2 Alike Dog training company here in Colorado. We are known for our extensive training in most behavior modifications and affordable training, for any and all breeds, issues and concerns. I have been training for 12 years now, from basics to service dog work. I am a Denver native with 5 dogs of my own.

Our mission is to keep dog training affordable for all of Colorado’s residents. We find one of the big reasons for dogs being rehomed is the affordability of training. As we all know, dogs need training just as much as children need schooling.

We want to change the pace of the epidemic of rehoming cases. 43% of dogs are being surrendered already starting in 2023. Every shelter here in Colorado, is full, over capacity, and seeing less adopters. They might be moving to a place that isn’t pet friendly. They might be going through a tough time financially. They might be experiencing homelessness. There are a lot of reasons why they are not able to keep the dogs, but here at No 2 Alike it is our mission to fix one of those reasons.

Affordable training. Affordable dog advice, and help and support for pet owners. Most trainers here in Denver charge upwards of $100 per training session. We offer sessions as low as $45 a session. We work with temporary housing for dogs involved in domestic violence cases, second chance programs for shelter dogs, people going into shelters temporarily, and low income families.

We also donate our time to various shelters to look at dogs who have behavioral issues, trauma, and do assessments. Out of these dogs we also take in dogs who are deemed unadoptable and bring them into our second chance board and train to increase chances of adoption.

We are relationship based trainers, focusing on positive reinforcement training Relationship-based training is effective for either teaching new behaviors or changing current behavior for any physically and mentally healthy animal. By reinforcing behaviors you like and want to continue seeing, you set the animal up for success. Regardless of an animal’s age and past experiences, such ethical training methods give the animal the best chance for living happily and comfortably in our hectic human world. We absolutely do not use any adverse or traditional training techniques.

We are offering an extended service to PAWsitive recovery, and for every 8 board and trains bought, we will donate one for the mission of PAWsitive recovery. We look forward to partnering, with this amazing group.
